3.2 Service Limitations

The Platform is not available in all jurisdictions. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

• Liquidity may be limited depending on market conditions
• Tax implications vary by jurisdiction and individual circumstances

6. Fees and Payments

The Platform may charge fees for certain services. All applicable fees will be disclosed before you complete any transaction. Fees may include:

• Platform usage and subscription fees
